A quoted unit price means nothing until you know what happens between the factory floor and your warehouse. The same box can be quoted three ways and the cheapest-looking number is often the most expensive one by the time it reaches you.
EXW (ex works). The price is the goods sitting at the factory. Everything after that — collection, export paperwork, freight, import duty, delivery — is yours to arrange and pay for. The unit price looks lowest. Your landed cost usually is not.
DAP (delivered at place). The supplier ships it to your address and pays the freight. Import duty and local taxes are still yours, payable on arrival.
DDP (delivered duty paid). The supplier handles duty and tax too. Nothing to pay on arrival — but you are trusting the supplier's declaration, and you have less visibility into what was declared in your name.
Every price band on this site is DAP — delivered, air freight included. The number you see is what leaves your account for goods and shipping. Import duty and local VAT are payable on arrival and are not in that number, because they depend on your country and your commodity code, not on us.
We publish the bands rather than hiding them behind an enquiry form because a delivered price is the only one you can actually plan with.
Everything moves by air; we do not ship by sea. Under 2 kg the order travels as air parcel, typically 10–20 calendar days. Over 2 kg it goes by express courier, typically 3–6 working days. Each product page tells you how many pieces of that specific style fit under the 2 kg line, because it depends on what the piece weighs.
Those transit figures are the normal ranges for those services, not a guarantee. Customs clearance and the November–January peak can extend them.
One thing that catches people out: the price band is decided by the total pieces in your order, not by how many of one design you buy. Ten of six different designs counts as sixty pieces, not six lots of ten. Mixing designs moves you up the table exactly the same as buying more of one — which is the whole point of a ten-piece minimum.
