This site is operated by Wenzhou Mahoosive Technology Co., Ltd., a manufacturer registered in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China (business licence 91330304MAK4F9687M — see Company details). We also operate mahoosive.net, a separate retail site with its own privacy notice. This policy is about woodgiftco.com only.
When you send us an enquiry — through the contact form, a product page, or the cart/quote list — we collect whatever you type into that form: company name, country, email address, WhatsApp or Telegram number, the product line and quantity you are asking about, how you want it made, your message, and up to five file attachments (12 MB each) if you upload artwork or a reference photo. We also record the date, an internal reference number, which page you enquired from, your browser's user-agent string, and the country your request appears to come from (inferred from network routing, not your exact location).
Your quote list (the "cart") lives in your browser's local storage only. We do not see it, and it is not sent to us, until you submit an enquiry from it. Clearing your browser data clears it.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. This site sets one functional cookie, used only when our own staff sign in to the internal enquiry-management tool — it does nothing for an ordinary visitor.
We do not collect payment details on this site. We quote and invoice by email, and payment (T/T) is arranged directly with our bank, off this website.
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and keep a record of the conversation. Enquiry details are forwarded automatically to our own sales team through an internal business messaging tool (Feishu/Lark) so someone can respond quickly — that tool is for our staff only and does not publish or share your details externally.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it for advertising. We do not share it with anyone outside Wenzhou Mahoosive Technology Co., Ltd. except where the law requires it.
Enquiry records and file attachments are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database and KV storage), which may process data outside your own country. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its own data-processing terms.
The Contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our workshop; loading that page loads content from Google, governed by Google's privacy policy. The WhatsApp and Telegram links on this site open those companies' own apps or sites once you click them — we do not control what happens after that.
We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably useful for the purpose you sent them to us — to quote you, follow up, and keep a business record of the conversation — or until you ask us to delete them.
Email sales@woodgiftco.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will act on a deletion request unless we have a legitimate business reason to keep the record (for example, an order already in production). If you are in the EU or UK, the basis for processing your enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to a business request you initiated, or your consent where you submitted a form.
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and move the "last updated" date at the top.
