The audit was carried out on the registered premises and covers how we operate, not the full production floor and not the products themselves — the workshop figures above the fold are ours, and the way to settle them is to come and walk the floor. For product testing to your own market's standard (EN 71, CPSIA, REACH and so on), tell us the standard and we will arrange it.
Separate from the audit, these are the trading figures the platform publishes for our store — measured from real orders, not written by us.

Stock styles ship in 3–5 days. Custom and OEM runs take 7–15 days from approved artwork — and once we quote a date we hold it.
Grain match, finish, hinge action, magnet strength and engraving accuracy are checked on every piece before it is packed, not sampled from the batch.
Send us a photograph and we remake it. We would rather remake a box than argue about one — the box costs less than losing a repeat buyer.
