A factory, not a middleman

Ten years manufacturing wooden gifts in our own workshop. Most of our volume is built to a customer's drawing or copied from a customer's sample — not picked off a catalogue page.

What we make

Wooden gift items in solid American black walnut: ring and jewellery boxes, wooden bow ties, cufflinks and tie clips, guitar pick boxes, display fixtures and desk pieces.

We supply Amazon sellers, Etsy sellers, own-brand jewellers, drop-shippers and independent woodworking brands. Ten years of it has gone out under other people's brands, not ours, and we drop-ship blind when asked.

We also run one small retail label of our own, MAHOOSIVE. It is where we test finishes, packaging and photography on real buyers before we recommend them to you — it is not a wholesale channel, it carries no dealer programme, and we do not approach your accounts. If you would rather we kept a design off it entirely while you sell it, say so and we will.

Where we are

4,000 m² workshop (about 43,000 sq ft) — machining and laser engraving, finishing, inspection, packing, and a separate store for timber and finished goods kept cool, dry and ventilated.

Cutting, machining, laser engraving, finishing, inspection and packing all happen under our own roof.

Central dust extraction plant with filter bags
Central dust extractionWood dust is the main hazard in this trade. It is handled at the source and again centrally.

Flat-packed cartons cut and stacked in-house
Cartons, cut in-houseOuter packaging is made here too, so carton size follows your pallet, not ours.
Hinges, magnets and clasps binned by product code
Hardware, binned by codeEvery hinge, magnet and clasp against a product code — how a repeat order stays identical.
Finished goods waiting on the shelf
Finished goods, on the shelfCatalogue styles are held here, which is why a stock order can leave in 3–5 days.

Nothing here is staged for the camera, and nothing is subcontracted. If you want to see a particular operation, tell us and we will film it, or come and watch it run.

How the work is done

Wood

American black walnut

Sourced from Ohio and New York, kiln-dried before machining, so pieces do not warp in a container or in a Nordic winter. Solid timber, never veneer on MDF.

Finishing

Hand-sanded, oiled

Sanded and finished by hand. Oil, matte or satin depending on the look your market expects.

Inspection

Piece by piece

Grain match, finish, hinge action, magnet strength and engraving accuracy checked before packing.

Packing

Retail-ready or bulk

Individually boxed with your insert card, or bulk packed for your own repackaging line.

Start with 10 pieces

Send a drawing, post a sample, or pick a stock style. A first order of ten is small enough to put on your shelf and see whether it sells before you commit.
