woodgiftco.com is the wholesale, OEM and ODM catalogue of Wenzhou Mahoosive Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). It is a business-to-business information site: it shows what we make and what a given quantity costs, and it lets you send us an enquiry. It is not a checkout — nothing here takes payment, and using the site does not create a contract between us.
Adding items to the quote list, or submitting the contact form, tells us what you are interested in. It is not a purchase order and does not obligate either side. An actual order exists only once we have confirmed specification, quantity, price and terms with you in writing — normally by email — and both sides have agreed to it.
The price bands shown on product and category pages are delivered prices (freight included, DAP) for the quantities stated, current at the time you view the page. They are indicative: the confirmed price for your order is the one in the quote we send you, not the number on the page at the moment you looked. Prices can change without notice until they are confirmed in a written quote. Import duty and local taxes in your country are not included and are payable on arrival.
If you send us a drawing, a sample, artwork or a logo to work from, we use it only to quote and produce your order. We do not sell, reuse or show your design to anyone else without your agreement. If we drop-ship on your behalf, no branding or paperwork of ours goes into the parcel.
The text, photographs, and the Wood Gift Co. and MAHOOSIVE names and marks on this site belong to Wenzhou Mahoosive Technology Co., Ltd. unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to reference or link to this site; reproducing our photographs or catalogue text elsewhere as your own requires our written permission. This does not affect ownership of designs or artwork you send us for a custom order — those remain yours.
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is: we do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every figure on it is current at the second you read it. Where a page states a fact about the factory — audit dates, capacity, staff count — that is accurate to our knowledge at the time of publishing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Liability connected to an actual order is governed by the terms agreed in that order's confirmation, not by this page.
Links to WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Maps, or other third-party sites and apps take you outside our control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you are there.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Terms for a specific order may set out different arrangements by agreement.
